Double check before you buy

I visited Carzuka Sandton on Thursday to view a Renault Captur, I also let the salesman know I was on my way, when I arrived I was then informed the vehicle went to the AA as the service light came on, I then said no problem I'll come back tomorrow. When I arrived on Friday I was shown the vehicle, took it for a test drive abd noticed the dash pad was not very smooth and asked of this vehicle had been in a accident to which the response was the AA report didn't pick anything up. When we arrived back I had another look over the vehicle and couldn't pick up and damage, my vehicle was then evaluated and I was made an offer which I accepted, I have yet to receive and further communication from Carzuka to finalise selling my vehicle.

When I viewed the vehicle I was going to purchase i took down the vin and engine number and called Renaukt to do a check, they confirmed the numbers matched however did advise that the warranty and service plan had been terminated as the vehicle had been written off.

None the less, I won't be purchasing the vehicle from them, but would have like to still sell my car but this seems to be a mission with them.
