disgusted. So happy got away from there

the most absolute worst experience and customer service i have ever recieved! Im shocked that this business exists!

Tried to sell me a vehicle that was already sold a whole week prior they proceeded with a finance application and I got approval for a vehicle that is not even on their stock? How do they even do that? And besides that, who ever was first, and if the car even existed, why is it not made aware to their collegues that the a deal is currently in progress??

I am disgusted in their communication skills also, all happy to call you and attract you to a deal and then leave you hanging once they have you hooked. Cant get hold of them, sent from pillar to post, dont respond to emails, dont return calls when you leave a message. All on their own time.

Then the audacity to waste my time further!! Finally at 3pm get a call and confirmation that finance has been approved.. Can I come view the vehicle! arrive there at 4pm the SAME DAY to test and possibly collect. Get there and the salesman says oh sorry the vehicle was sold a week ago.. For godsake their offices are 3 meters apart with massive windows to see all the cars. And 1 finance manager.. How TF does he not know that he released the vehicle a week before???

Oh and then only AFTER they proceed with a finance app do they then only disclose all the extra hidden costs that get loaded onto the finance. So the price advertised in NOT the price you pay! Its delivery and warranty and any "repair" cost.. You end up paying R30-R40k more that they only disclose after they made an enquiry on your credit profile!

Ridiculous!!!!
