Compliant against Carzuka for selling us a car that is broken

We have recently bought a car Jetta 6 with Carzuka in cash. We were okay with taking the car with small scratches. When my husband went to collect the car on his way the car lost power, he called Ronald to inform him of the problem and he promised to call him back. Unfortunately, he could not drive back to the car dealer as it was already far for him. As we speak the car has been parked in our yard collecting dust. The Car dealer management is not willing to assist us. We have been told the issue has been escalated they will call us, but until this day we have not received any call from them. Carzuka is so unprofessional, I would not recommend them to anyone.
