CARZUKA VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE - KEEP TO YOUR TIMES

I advertised my vehicle for sale on CARZUKA & a call centre lady by the name of Melissa called me saying that an inspector will come out at 9am the following day to assess the car. I took time off from work that morning to make time for the assessor and i called in twice into the call centre and was told that Melissa will call me back but she did not call. Jonathon then called me at 11:20am apologising on Melissa's behalf because she incorrectly logged the call and i had to make arrangements for another day - absolutely terrible service.....CARZUKA you do not need people like this working for you
