CARZUKA A DISAPPOINTMENT
On 2021-12-11 i bought a car (cash) at Carzuka Johannesburg and i was told the papers were with the bank and they will be sent to me in East London via Postnet, it has been 2 weeks now and im still getting the same stories and i need to change ownership as that would cause problems with my car insurer if anything were to happen to the car and its not in my name. I really am not happy especially since i told the dealer that i need to change it in KZN now i have to drive back to the EC and i will be forced again to drive to KZN to have it changed, with what money?

31 Dec 2021, 13:42I had to extend my stay in KZN cause they were promising to have the papers by Friday but when Friday came, it came with another story that the previous owner gave them incomplete documents and that now he's on vacation and they cant get the missing documents.
3 weeks later i still dont have the papers and now i have to drive back to EC with a car thats not in my name, what will i do if im involved in an accident and they find out the car is not in my name yet i said it was when i joined it cause they had promised to send the documents ASAP?
