Assistance in the work place

I started with Carzuka from scratch when it started I can’t believe the treatment that I received when I explained to them my situation on why I can’t carry on with my duties anymore. Worked a full month as we get paid in arrears and had to go on paternity leave came back and officially set down with HR explained that my daughter is sick and that needs my total attention set down with my line manager and we did an exit interview and had a mutual agreement, brought back they’re stuff laptops, phones and everything checked and happy with everything, I then had a conversation with the HR lady set down discussed payment on what I am entitled to get and she said explained that my salary benefit will fall off as I am not serving notice but my 5 days salary, leaves days and commission would be paid out come the 25th no money as agreed and then sent them an email to communicate with them and it’s been an up and down process as well and until today since I sent them my last email no communication from them hence I am now seeking assistance on how to go about it because I set down with them and explained my situation we parted in good faith and Now they making it look like I just resigned with no communication and only came there to just drop off they’re stuff and it’s not the case. I have my last payslip on what I was suppose to get should you require it. Any assistance on how to go about this would assist before I reach out to the CCMA and department of labour as a lot was happening internally. Thank you

So you saying you accusing me of *****ing my colleagues charger being taken for polygraph test and until this day haven’t received my results and no communication and all I got was can me move past this swiftly and if I was found guilty my name and reputation would have been damaged and you found this to be above board as, well as changing of commissions on targets without proper communication is also fine you wake up today and decided today that the target to reach commission will be now on your own discretion and that’s it no notice to any changes as well. changing of shifts without pry communication with your employees, Sundays and public holidays and bare in mind I have full voice notes of past and recent employees raising concerns that they have been scared to take to HR as well. Termination of employees without proper reasons after probation period and no notice given to them as well. So if you happy with all this combined and more I will swiftly get outside assistance then.

Another employee by the name of Tebogo is going through the same problem I am facing, commission withheld, his leave days withheld, so imagine the treatment we getting inside what more if you outside as a consumer. The ignorance from this company is totally scary no wonder all the best ratings on the website are of internal employees and not the actual clients. I want my leave money, my commission money and the few days money you promised me as per emails because I am not going to stop exposing you guys until I get what’s rightfully mine more updates to follow because your internal business just keeps coming my way without me asking for it because your employees are fed up. Will keep posting until this gets the right channels because the CCMA’s are just taking forever to attend to you hence you feel superior but clients will soon see this and they will also log in they’re grievances with the service that you give them on cars that are occasionally faulty but sold as they are with a high mark up.
