The evaluator did not show up

I had booked an appointment for an inspection at 10:40am at Dekra N1 City. I arrived at 10:44am, only to be told by somebody at Dekra N1 City that the guy that does the inspection had to leave for an appointment in Stellenbosch at 11:00am. Why accept my appointment at 10:40am and make me drive all the way, if you clearly are not going to make the appointment?

As I was leaving Dekra N1 City I then get a mail in the parking lot from CarZar saying I did not pitch up for the inspection. I then called them to explain the situation and the told me that I would receive a call from the evaluator to reschedule. I never received a call from the evaluator.

A really bizarre experience.
