Really Bad Service

Good day,

I enquired on your website to sell my car and was given a date and time for the inspection.

After the inspection was done, Pierre told me that he would put in on the “site” and someone would contact me.

I phoned Pierre yesterday and again he assured me that someone would contact me but yet I have heard nothing from you.

Can someone PLEASE provide feedback and whether or not an offer will be made???

I do not mind an offer below my valuation but at lease live up to your promises as displayed on your website.

Thank you CarZar for the manner in which you handled my complaint. A very special thank you to Nomphelo Ngqondela, who kept me updated almost daily, whether by e-mail or telephone. The little thank you gift was also very much appreciated. Even though you couldn't sell my car, the service received from CarZar was phenomenal! Thank you Nomphelo!
