Falls pretenses and ********* business

Entered my car's details on their site and submitted the details. I then received an email with two options "Option one: Instant Cash and Option Two: More ZAR for your car. This is an extract out of the mail they send me "Option 1: Instant Cash CarZar will make an instant cash offer at the end of your inspection, estimated at up to: R352,100" for my car once inspected and "Option 2: More ZAR for your car Looking for a higher price? Let us advertise your car to our nationwide network of dealers for 48-hours. We estimate that you could get up to: R415,000". Needles to say no one called me so I had to call them only to hear that there were no offers on my car. I then responded in saying that I will then accept the "Instant Cash offer of R352,100", they then told me that the "Instant Cash offer" is only for cars up to R250 000. I am sorry to say but they have wasted my time and this is ********* way of conducting business. I am also sure that I am not the only person that this has happen to?
