CarZar doesn't honor offer

After doing the evaluation process twice, I received a call from CarZar to make an offer on my car. I was told I have 24 hours to accept the offer. I phoned back within 4 hours to accept the offer. When I heard nothing for a few days I phoned back to find out what was happening with the sale of my vehicle. At this point I was told that there was no offer made on my car, and they were still looking for a buyer. When I asked to talk to the lady who had originally made me the offer I was told she had left the company; convenient?!?

I was told my case would be escalated and someone would come back to me with feedback. It is now two weeks later and I still haven't heard a word!

Will never deal with this company again, cannot be trusted!
