Bad Carwash service

I received terrible service from this establishment. I brought in my car for a simple wash and dry around 11.30am and I left the place at 2.30pm. A whole 3 hours waiting for my car to be washed. Apparently if you leave your car and go in for shopping (to pass time) they move over to other cars and leave yours for last. The manager was unbothered, I even asked him I can take my car as is because after 2 hours they only just started vacuuming and he refused, taking advantage that I am a woman. I wouldn’t recommend this place and even after I left the car was not even that clean.
