Amazing service - Carver Skateboards

I ordered a skateboard from an online retailer which was shipped directly from the distributor to me. After opening the package I noticed some minor defects. I sent an e-mail (after hours) to the distributor asking if they would assist or if I should contact the retailer. Within 1 hour I had an e-mail from Carver's Belinda Gold and an offer of a replacement board. She booked a courier for the next day to collect the defective board and deliver the new board. All done after hours. Amazing service and a great product.
