Poor Service & Refusing to give me cancellation

<p>This company has given me endless headaches. An amount has been brought to my attention as not paid, only to find out no invoice has ever been submitted to us. the reason for this was... they dont have my email address.. what? the company that created my email addressess does not have my email address???</p> <p>After that was resolved they still failed to provide me with what i need and needed, now when i wish to cancel they are holding my domain name hostage... the domain name belongs to me but the recovery email address is carver media's and they refuse to change it.</p> <p>Had the guy i was dealing with just gievn me what i asked for i would of had no issues. but its been uphill for over a month.</p>
