Absolutely horrible services, i asked this morning if we were to go into lockdown what will happen with our booking. I was told to cancel because I clearly heard what the president said. I was told I am asking a silly question and forced to cancel. Never have I ever received such horrible services in the 6 years I used bookings. Com this company clearly customer services is not a priority never have I ever treated my customers like **** yet this is the type of services they give their customers.
