Weak service

I use too buy cartridges from Matrix. Somebody recomended your guys too me. I am not very happy with your service. I bought a black and white cartridge yesterday from you. I only printed 10pages. Then it was empty. I took it back too your guys now send it for testing. This mean I can't print. I bought a cartridge too print. This mean I had too buy another cardridge. As a new customer your service does'nt look good. I believe it's a money making sceme. I will try another cartridge provider in the future.
