CARTRIDGE ZONE SELLS DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

I want to warn everybody out there that Cartridge Zone sells defective cartridges and then refuses to refund you or to exchange the faulty product because is weighs less than 48g. What proof is there that a cartridge should weigh 48g? She weighed a sealed unit against my opened unit, it is obvious that the packaging material will make the unit weigh more !! I bought from no-one else but Cartridge Zone, it is their product and now they deny it. The owner of the shop Sanet Pepler just said to that I must do her a favour and not buy from them again because she does not need customers like us who complain. The store lady Elani Korf is equally arrogant. There are numerous complaints about this on other forums as well. One in particular from Mariaan van der Walt that had a similar experience on 15 January 2015, where she bought cartridges to the value of R1010.10. She lost all that money because again they refused to change her cartridge or refund her. Is this the way they make their money? *********, *********, ********* !!!
