False advertising, misrepresentation and poor business ethics

purchased original cartridges from Cartridge Square, but was sent compatible (generic) ones instead. The company acknowledged the error and promised to exchange them. I travelled from Kimberley to Johannesburg to return the wrong cartridges, only to discover that the address on their invoice and website does not exist. A representative named Thando instructed me to drop off the cartridges at her private residence in Johannesburg CBD, promising that the correct cartridges would be couriered once their "factory reopened." I comp**** in good faith, but to this day, I have not received the replacements, and Thando is now ignoring my calls and messages. This company has shown false advertising, misrepresentation, and poor business ethics. I am now left with no cartridges and no refund.

I request urgent intervention to:

Deliver the original cartridges I paid for, or Issue a full refund. I believe other consumers should be warned and proper investigation must be conducted into Cartridge Square’s operations.
