terrible service

I bought 2xHP920 ink cartridges at Cartridge Hyper on 13/02/2016. However, when I pulled of the tag and replaced ink, it leaked everywhere and the printer refused to accept it. I did not open the 2nd ink but went back to cartridge Hyper only to be told that I opened the ink incorrectly. I was disgusted at the accusation especially since I have replaced ink numerous times in the same manner with no issues. This was my first purchase from them and definitely my last. I always used reputable stores but decided to try them. NEVER AGAIN....<br> Erika was extremely rude and they did not give the damaged ink back to me or refund my money. I am almost sure they sent ink back to their suppliers and got a refund but told me I was wrong. This is unacceptable.<br> Please please don't buy ink from Cartridge Hyper at the Towers shopping center, Boksburg. <br> rude, unhelpful staff with no customer service manner
