Disgusting service. Empty products.

Disgusting service. Staff sold a cartridge that only printed 50 pages where the same cartridge previously had printed over 200 pages with the same type of content. My mother came home in tears after dealing with them. She had even taken her printer in to them to show them the printer does not have issues and they just told her it's not their problem. It is HPs problem. They won't help her. She is over 65 with very limited income and they wasted her money and they don't even care. She can't afford to buy another cartridge now and I am just disgusted by this. She has been a loyal returning customer with them for a while. She is not a first time chance taker.
