Cartridge Hyper Towers Pick n Pay Centre SHOCKING service and treating customers like *******!!!!

Cartridge Hyper Towers Pick n Pay Centre - terrible service! My husband went to the shop on 20 October to buy a new cartridge for his business Printer. He took the original cartridge with and told the sales lady Elmarie what he needs. She then spoke to my husband like he is a child or ******* from the street raising her voice making him seem stupid! She insisted that she needs the printer model, however he took the original empty cartridge with that he bought from them! There is not enough space on this page to write the full story. I phoned and asked to speak to the owner and they refused to give the number to me and told me that they will ask the owner to phone me. I received a call from a lady and I asked her who she is, she told me that she is the manager. I told her that I requested to speak to the owner, then she changed her story and told me that she is the owner.......i dont buy this......she was defending the staff and their bad attitudes. There is not enough space here to type all the details. All I can say is that we will NEVER support this shop again and when the doors close they should not ask why or blame the economy. I will take my money to another shop that wants to assist me.
