Non Delivery or feedback

On the 5th May 2015, I placed an online order for cartridges. I paid via the EFT option on the orders page at the same time. Proof of payment was also sent to the provided e-mail address via the online banking site. I followed up on the following day regarding proof of payment and expected delivery time. No response up till today. I tried calling them this morning when the person on the other side said they had no order from me and put down the phone.
