Terrible customer service

I would like to share a horrible experience with cartridge depot Jean crossing in centurion. I'm so disappointed with the manner of disregard and attitude a so called manager called Manny as he claims. There was a sign on the door saying back in 5 minutes. I waited because any normal human requires a break. 15minutes later I'm still waiting for store to open, I decided to call the number on the door. The manner in which the guy answered when I explained I'm outside the business premises for the past 15minutes, he snapped at me with irritation and cut the call. I tried calling back but he refused to answer. I was highly frustrated at this point. I decided to go to a different cartridge company in centurion to make my purchase. However I did contact the head office for cartridge depot in Pretoria east, I spoke to a lady by the name of Roxanne, I related my incident share casually apologizes, I don't need her apology, I needed to understand why is the Manger of their branch rude and disrespectful. Im not impressed with these guys service at all, they behave as though they doing a favor or providing free goods. I don't want to make this a racial issue. I'm just not impressed with how people work in a service industry with stinking attitudes. Cartridge Depot you guys let me down big time. Thanx for nothing. Don't be surprised with further escalation from my end.
