Super rude shop assistant

02/07/2021 Cartridge Depot Faerie Glen – Atterbury Boulevard, went to replace my printer cartridges and was met with the rudest sales assistant! She was completely unhelpfully, had a massive chip on her shoulder, and was extremely rude. I have worked in retail before, I know it's a thankless job and I know how bad customers can be... but I also know you don't take your bad day out on them. I have used this shop exclusively for all my cartridge needs, that will no longer be the case. I'm not one of those people who believes 'the customer is always right' (I find quite the opposite most times) and I am not expecting people in retail to enjoy their jobs, it really isn't an enjoyable experience working in retail. I do expect a level of professional conduct when working with customers and that is far from what i received today. I hate to say it, but this person who was supposed to assist me in that shop today, is taking the place of someone who would really appreciate to have any job! I am really sorry to take my business elsewhere as that shop was convenient close, but as someone who has worked behind a similar counter to the one she is, I have certain basic standards that I expect from any retail store and I do not tolerate anyone that's this rude in any capacity.
