Bad Service

<p>On the 6th April 2017 my husband bought a new Canon CL446 XL cartridge from Cartridge Depo in Middelburg Mall. When I inserted the cartridge in my printer it immediatelly gave me an error message that the cartridge is faulty and the printer did not want to read the cartridge. I returned it to the store the next day and explained the problem. The lady in the store said it's no problem and it will be replaced she just have to order one as she has no stock in store. I have also contaced HO on the 11th April and explained the problem with them and the lady said she will phone me back as the store phoned me and said they can not exchange after I was told it will be exchanged. I am still waiting for feedback please as I can not proceed with my childrens schoolwork during the day because we do homeschool. This problem sets me back as I can not make any copies or print any daily work for my kids schoolwork. Assistance will be appreciated ASAP!!!</p>
