I bought a generic cartridge for my HP Colour Laser Jet Printer and immediately the printer ceased working showing an error. I went back to them - the store in President Square, Vanderbijlpark - and they assured me that it was not their cartridge as they have never had any complaints. Thereafter, I took the printer to HP who tested it and said that the cartridge was definitely faulty. I purchased an original HP cartridge and the printer was 100%. However, Cartridge Depot refused to refund me even though I reported it to the owners at Head Office. Eventually they refused to even speak to me. Shocking service and faulty cartridges - DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!
