Bad Service - Pathetic

Signing up with you was a breeze, you didnt have stock of a dash cam, out of the woodwork, I get an sms for yesterday the for installation at 14H30, no one arrives for the installation. I contact your customer care just before 4pm, the agent advices that if its scheduled for 14H30 it means the technician is still coming, off course he never arrived.

This morning some lady calls me, I advised there is no one at home but can she call me in 10 minutes times so I can arrange, 2 hours later, I have not gotten the call. Guess what, I request a call back via your website, someone calls me in 2 minutes and transfers my call to your Scheduling department, someone tells me there is no appointment, places my call on mute for 19 minutes and eventually disconnects the call.

Do me a favour, clearly you are failing to provide this services you are promising, cancel this service at once because I cannot be chasing after you, there are so many companies offering similar services, I will find a tracking unit elsewhere.
