Worst way to start a holiday

We decided to book a car rental through cartrawler.<br> The booking process seemed easy enough until we got to the confirmation process.<br> We received an email stating that our reservation is being processed and should be confirmed within 15min.<br> 5 hours later our booking had still not been confirmed. I phoned the big, bold customer care line at the bottom of the booking page to see how far along the process was. The lady who spoke to me \could not help me as they are not affiliated to the booking company"(So why is your number in big and bold at the bottom of the page???)<br> Anyway"
