Terrible service

<p>I have booked a car with Cartrawler and specifically wrote on that I do not have a credit card, but after I had made a payment of R5703.06 I was then sent an email saying that I can collect the car at AVIS but I must have a credit card , I then cancelled and requested my refund because I do not have a credit card and would book through another Agency which accepts Debit payment.</p> <p>I therefore requested my refund and I have been taken from pillar to post and have not received any assistance, I want my refund so I can book with another agency as I need the car ASAP!!!</p>
