Terrible Company. They care about the money, not the customers.

Absolutely horrid company. Do not use them under any circumstances, if anything goes wrong they will never refund you. Even when the individual car rental agency acknowledges their inadequacies and admits that you deserve a refund. CarTrawler doesn't care they would rather just ***** your money.
