**** for unfair enrichment

I booked for a vehicle hire online and when we got to Cape Town the agent did not have the vehicle booked and offered another small vehicle that couldn't even fit our bag in the boot. Obviously we cancelled and expected the refund but not until this day. E-mails and proof they required were sent to them and following that no one seems interested. It could be in their habit to enrich themselves unfairly preying on the unsuspecting traveler. People need to be warned to stay away from CarTrawler they are bad news.
