No service received and money was not returned

Did a website search on car hire with no credit card on the 26 March 2015. This company- Crazy car Hire and Cartrawler advertised on this site for no credit card. Booked a car on the website and my bank account was charged with R1622.03 at 20h06 on the 26 March 2015.On the 27 March 2015 I was informed that the same card could not release the car for hire. i did not receive the service that they had falsely advertised as no need for a credit card. I tried to contact the cartrawler to inform them that I could not receive the car. I logged a complaint on the website and still no response from the company. The company falsely advertises and should remove the company from that type of websites search.
