No refund just ******** - Confirmed Reference number not recognized by car rental company

Does not exist, its just a ****. No telephone number, online based system in which you can only send a message to the agent A month and half later, no refund - it is clear I have been ******. Car rental have no idea where the reference number came from. Why is SAA website have a link to these ******, thats where I got to be in contact with them Car rental companies should remove any association and any link to these ******.
