Never book a motor vehicle via Kulula using Car Trawler !!

we made a flight reservation via Kulula together with a motor vehicle as part of the package. Lockdown for Gauteng was implemented, Kulula/BA/ Comair suspended all flights. We never received any confirmation for the Motor Vehicle rental and assumed, as Kulula advised, bookings would be carried forward this also app**** to the vehicle. We received a phone call from the motor rental company in George on the scheduled date asking if we would still use the car. Car Trawler then advised us that we had to pay the full price even though we never received confirmation, never knew they were the responsible authority as we booked via Kulula!
