I still have not received my rental deposit. It's been nearly three months

I hired a car in November 2017 in PE and was told I needed to pay a REFUNDABLE deposit of R2400. The deposit has not been returned and AVIS/Budget continue to debit my account.

A representative from CarTrawler Customer Care sent me an email saying the matter is being investigating and I should not contact them during this investigation.

The stuff members from all the companies mentioned were rude and not helpful.

I do not recommend any of these companies
