****** that do not offer good service and not refund advance deposits when no service was rendered

On 29 January 2016 I hired a vehicle via Car Trawler. Collection point was at Budget, Barloworld Toyota, 1302 South Street. Return date was 02 February 2016. When I arrived for collection, could not be assisted by Budget as with a prrof that was awaiting issuing of my new driver's licence. However, I had proof of Renewal Papers and my just recently driver's licence. I could not proceed with the trip, to the Eastern to attend my cousin's funeral. I then contacted Car Trawler and advised them about my predicament. I requested to use my refund on a future date when my renewed driver's licence was out within a month. Comments: Despite my numeral telephone calls and many emails neither I was given an opportunity to book in future nor refunded about R1,200.00 advance payment made to them My booking reference number was - ZA ********** 70 My reservation number was - ********** 2ZA4
