CarTrawler is a bunch of *******

Having booked car rental through Europcar via Car Trawler, my husband had to return the vehicle earlier. Europcar has advised that they have refunded the amount back to CarTrawler, however CarTrawler say they cannot refund the money because they state that they cannot accommodate changes in customers' travel plans!!!

YOU ARE *******!!! You accept the refund from Europcar, to which we received confirmation, yet you will not refund the money!!! You are disgusting!!!
