Cartrawler inadequate

Very bad experience. They made a booking at a car rental company. On arrival at the car rental company they said they do not take a Capitec Credit Card. Left stranded after Cartrawler already took the money. The company mailed Cartrawler saying they must cancel the booking. Now they do not want to do a refund.
