Car trawler

Booked a vehicle through Travelstart. Due to collect vehicle at 1st far East London. Booking made for a different driver to the person who made the payment. Upon collecting the car the requested a double payment for the car over and above the holding amount on the credit card.

Struggled to get through to someone other than via whatsapp no. Only to be told they can not help because we had passed to collection time. Obtaining contact details and speaking to someone is a logistic nightmare and their service is shocking.

Will never use them again. Travel start should do themselves a favour and not offer this service because i will also no longer make use of them because of this poor service. Having to deal with 3rd party people. Ridiculous
