AVOID USING A BOOKING ENGINE THAT USES CAR TRAWLER.

Car trawler is used by Travelstart for car bookings.I would recommend you book direct with the car company.I had no idea who car trawler was until I needed to contact them for a booking I made prior to Covid 19 and was unable to use the booking through no fault of my own as we were in level5 lockdown.No refund from them.Disgusting service.No communication from them about the situation when you are legally unable to utilise your booking.Avoid using them .
