Avis Rejecting the Claim

I bought a TSI jetta 6, 2016 model in 2016 brand new from VW in N1 city in Cape Town. For the first time last week the is not working and is on Avis Maintenance plan and they Reject the claim they don't want to pay to be replaced. They said they are rejecting it based on the findings from the report that has been sent by VW N1 city by the their Asseser I've requested Avis to send a send assesr from their company and I've requested to be there when they send their assser they decided to send him without me going there as well.'ve been paying this for the past 3years.
