Zero stars is sufficient for Cartrack - misleading information provided to new clients

Stay away from Cartrack, its a ****. I have stopped paying them, I have been struggling with my battery since last year and the call I got from Bloemfontein was told I will have to pay a call out fee of 600.

I then explained to the caller I am not paying cartrack to check their device they must deactivate or cancel my subscription I was told that I would have to pay R1900.00 cancellation fee which was never explained to me when the device was installed in my car.

Everyday I disconnect my battery so that that the battery is not dead which is also a risk.

I am not paying the cancellation fee that was not explained to me, why must I be held hostage for you malfunctioning device? Your are welcome to place that judgement in my credit record, I will gladly dispute it with facts.

You cannot conduct your business in this manner, how do you expect us to recommend cartrack with this kind of treatment
