Zero service

This is the worst service I ever received!!! I went to Cartrack George for the device to be installed, beforehand I was told that it would take 45 min - 60 min. After 60 min they were still busy fitting the camera, haven't even started with the tracking device. I told them I need to be somewhere, and they must leave the camera, I just want the tracking device. Eventually after 2 and half hours I was out of there. The agreed premium was R219 pm which at the end of the month they deducted R389 from my account. I phoned them and they said I must install a new device for the R219 pm. I arranged for a date. The technician then informed me he can't make it on the day. Since then, I've never heard from them again and guess what... they still deducting the R389 pm. Now I want to cancel with Cartrack but guess what... they are trying to charge me a cancelation fee!!!

Don't sign contract with this company!!! It is a struggle!!!
