Zero maintenance, terrible customer care, worst accounts department

Having read through most of the reviews so far regarding Cartrack some dating as far back as 2019, clearly me having an issue with them in Feb 2022 (problem logged with them since 31 Dec 2021) clearly that my best chance is to pay off the remaining 9 months of the payment due and cut ties with them. Worst customer service agents, repairs is the worst, accounts department a bigger mess. Steer clear of CarTracker. Getting it installed they will jump as high as you want but service and maintenance is the worst service you would receive!
