Zero assistance when in need

When I was in need the most I was told I'm not covered for roadside assistance which was explicitly mentioned when I purchased the unit that It comes with the service,very disappointed

Another day has passed with no clarity,I even called and was told I will get the clarity shortly and nobody called me back,this is disappointing, shows me you take your clients for granted
