Zero after sales service!

Since day one my experience with this company has been dismal. From the start I was mislead about terms and conditions. The unit is faulty nearly 2 years later but I have to fix it seeing you are only covered for 1 year. I speak to an agent and a minute later I get an email saying that they couldn't reach me. I can't wait for the end of this contract and then never do business with them again. Useless after sales service from Cartrack!?
