Your vision sucks

Absolutely appalling service. My dashcam was offline three times in the first week, and even after a replacement, it remained disconnected for over seven days. Now that I actually have accident footage to retrieve, the app claims the "camera does not exist." Despite the service never working as advertised, Cartrack refuses to waive the cancellation fee or acknowledge the technical failure. Avoid them if you actually want reliable footage.
