Your unit is destroying my car batteries and I cannot get you to remove the unit

<p>I had a unit in an car and asked for it to be moved into a new vehicle. I was told at the time that it wasnt necessary to physically remove the unit as it was old and a new unit was put into the new vehicle. The old unit just needed to be disconnected on your system.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has subsequently come to our attnetion that the Cartrack unit is still draining the battery - two batteries and an auto electrician visit later.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned and asked numerous times for the unit to be removed and have been told that it is difficult because the car is no longer on yur system. I have been told numerous times that the scheduling department will phone me. This never happens.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am desperate - please help</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
