Scheduling department in cartract it's a nightmare, very unprofessional consultants. Lesego is one of the them . The supervisor make empty promises, no one want to take ownership of anything. It's been four months struggling to get a technical to replace the device on my motorbike. I'm sending this complain for the second time because nothing has changed, still dealing with the *********** employees who does not care about their customers. I'm sick and tired .
