i have an account with cartrack.14 November I receive a call from one of cartrack operator at 12h00 informing me that my car device is giving an alarm. he ask me that is the car with me. I told him that I was at Mpumalanga, the car is not with me and threes no one at home. He ask me did I left the car with someone .told him no I left the car parked at my yard. When I came back home later pass 10 in the evening ,I found the ******. I then called the cartrack immidietly.to my surprise I was told the incident was not escalated during the day. Its when they start to look for the car at 11pm.unfortunatley they couldn't locate the car.my contract was including warranty. When i tried to claim .I was told I didn't test the device. And I told them that that not an excuse to ignore the signal. The device was working hence its gave them an alarm that someone was tempering with it. they then told me they will come back tome .after days of silence they sent me an email with clause that say warranty its only valid for 3yrs .of which when they offered me the contact they didn't speculate that clause. Now they are refusing to give me the warranty. And beside that not my mistake but their incompetency not to escalate the case in time. maybe they would have found the car.t he device gave them the alarm 12 during the day. The only started to search for my car at 11 in the evening
