What an experience, I have been enquiring on my account from early this year and just when I thought things are sorted my account is double debited with no warning or explanation. I call you guys and spoke to Marry Rafapa who was so quick to defend without listening to my questions. The amount of defending that went in there was so unnecessary.... You are the face of the company, we come to you with our frustrations, it might seems small and irrelevant to you but you are offering a service to me - I am your client - I matter and my subscription matters... So please don't downplay my concerns... Can someone urgently make sure I am refunded as according to this lady I will get my money whenever you guys feel like it... I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW AS MUCH AS YOU WENT TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT COURSE.... PAY ME BACK NOW!!!
